I could say that the services provided were good, but they could be very good. What I have to complain about: 1. scheduling the order against the deadline, by the people at Louis Purple, because, due to the little time left, until the eve of the event – my wedding – I had stress with the groom’s outfit. And this happened when I knew exactly what I wanted and showed up well in advance for the order. So I wanted to order from February for June. I kept being postponed on the grounds that there is time, that it is possible in April, etc. We went in April, but Easter and other things intervened of course. Based on my experience, I recommend that you never tell them the actual date of the event, but say it is much earlier to avoid any inconvenience.2. What I consider to be another minus, related both to the above procrastination and to the provision of a tailoring service that I requested – not carried out this time – is the justifications, sometimes hilarious, unfortunately, which were presented to me. In summary, something always intervened, but I appreciate that this is not the problem of the beneficiary, but of the service provider. It was more honest to be told that this can’t be done, I won’t do it to you.I gave 3 stars because I could use the groom’s outfit though. Otherwise, they were an unnecessary stressor with the way they treated me, and I’m sorry this is the first negative review, but I can’t overlook it. In the future, they lost me as a customer.
