I could say that the services provided were good, but they could have been very good. What I have to criticize: 1. the scheduling of the order in relation to the deadline, by the people at Louis Purple, because, due to the little time left, until the day before the event – my wedding – I had stress with the groom’s outfit. And this happened in the conditions in which I knew exactly what I wanted and I showed up long before to order. So, I wanted to place the order since February for June. I kept being postponed on the grounds that there was time, that it could be in April, etc. I went in April, but Easter and other things intervened, of course. Considering the experience I went through, I recommend that you never communicate the real date of the event, but say that it is much earlier, to avoid any inconvenience.2. What I consider to be another minus, related to both the above delay and the provision of a tailoring service that I requested – not performed this time – is the justifications, sometimes hilarious, unfortunately, that were presented to me. In summary, something was always going on, but I appreciate that this is not the problem of the beneficiary, but of the service provider. It would have been more honest to be told that this is not possible, I will not do it to you.I gave 3 stars because, nevertheless, I was able to use the groom’s outfit. Otherwise, they were an unnecessary stress factor with the way they treated me and I’m sorry that this is the first negative review, but I can’t overlook it. In the future, they have lost me as a customer.
